Peep is a microblogging platform and topical network.

It’s hard to put things on the internet and it’s hard to find people who are into the same things that you are. Peep smushes both of those problems together into a delicious peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Write posts on your profile and seamlessly discover other posts talking about the same cool stuff.

 A what network?

A social network based on shared interests, not people. Peep doesn’t allow you to follow other posters, only #topics. Your discovery feed is based on what you’re interested in, not who’s saying it. The topical network is also entirely opt-in – if you don’t add tags to your posts, they won’t get shared in feeds.

 What is Peep for?

Whatever you like! Maybe a microblog (or a macroblog, aka … a blog), a linkblog, a ‘link in bio’ microsite, a /now page, a place to share system status or publish product updates, or something else altogether.

 Is it free?

Peep is 100% free. You can create an account and post to your heart’s content. Some nice features are available to Peep supporters, but everything works without them. New features will continue to be released to all users. By design, Peep is also free from ads, trackers, and other invasive technologies.
